Sales Coordinator

This is a part-time paid remote position. Must be able to work M-F 9am-12pm

Must be a Florida resident (with FL driver's license)

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Growth & Sales Assistant who is driven by growth and passionate about relationships, full of ideas, and has various business contacts to help us ensure growth of our client roster.

What You Will Do

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to prospective client outreach and relationship management

  • Cultivate connections through partner network focused on delivering new potential client introductions 

  • Identify and source new client opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails 

  • Research prospective businesses, identify key players and generate interest

  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand 

  • Manage various internal lead software systems

  • Keep great ongoing relationships with prospective clients and offer new ways to grow the relationship

  • Design strategic proposal decks 

  • Attend weekly meetings with senior-level executives and provide routine recruit updates.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous working experience in client acquisition

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies and negotiating creative solutions

  • Exemplary problem-solving, communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Networking aptitude

  • A proven track record of creating and selling fully-integrated marketing programs

  • High energy and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
